RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We will gladly accept a return or provide a refund for products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 60 days from the date of delivery. We will also accept returns or provide a refund due to dissatisfaction or fulfillment errors within 60 days of delivery. In order for a return to be accepted customers must contact email@example.com and obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or request a refund within 60 days of the date of delivery of the product. Customers then have an additional 10 days from the date the RMA number is provided to ship the product(s) back. Refunds will be provided using the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
